Poor. Location close to the beach and the pier, comfy bed and pillow, nice sea view, nice pool. Air conditioning (AC) didn’t cool the room. I reported to the receptionist after 1 hour, then the maintenance guy came just to change the remote control setting (which I already did!) and asked to wait for 15 minutes. Still hot. We called receptionist again, we said we want to change room but they said maintenance will come again. We wait and wait, no one came. Called again a few times, they rejected our calls. And then somebody answered our call and said maintenance on the way. The guy came to change the AC filter, at this point we were so angry and upset, we insisted to change room. They allowed us to change room, but still with defects. No light in shower room and broken sliding door handle but we were just too tired to argue again. They were also very pushy to have us book the speed boat with them, saying that the booking must be 1 day in advance, which I know they lied because you can book speed most instantaneously. We even managed to get a public ferry to Male with only usd1.5!!.

Excellent, would come back in a heart beat!. Amazing place to stay, it was modern and clean with a great location, we had the most beautiful view and when we arrived to our room there was a happy anniversary message on the bed for us, thankyou so much!. .

Okay hotel, but thoroughly needs a revamp.. Food was okay and the staff were good.. Bedding and linens were not clean. Should be changed to better and cleaner quality..

All moisturers came on my body while I was in the jacuzzi. . They make you pay on arrival but if you get any trouble, they never refund!

We had that big problem with the jacuzzi and they were not able to fix it has all tubes are full of moisturers
I asked them to refound to the normal room rate but they were not even able to do that
On 600 usd room rate for 2 nights they wanted to offer me 20 box food bill

I have been nice there but now I expect a full refound
What happened was unacceptable and the hotel manager reaction was even worse as they were doing as if nothing is happening concerning any potential refund, I had to ask 3 Times in reception
After a day of cleaning by the staff, still moisturers were kept in the circuit. And we started again the jacuzzi, still black stuff appeared. They said they will try again next but the next day was our departure! On the morning we left, I asked again to the reception to refund the jacuzzi suite part but they couldn’t and said jacuzzi was repaires yesterday, I told it was not, as room cleaner was going to try to fix again that day, reception was not even aware and caring about the problem, lack of competences and english skills are poor.
