Very good. They cleaned the room every day and provided water. We wanted to stay one day more due to the transportation problem and they organised the room for us and even called our next hotel to change the date of our arrival.. .

Amazing stay at Lagoona! Worth the price, perfect location. The location, and the Staff and beachfront with the lagoona bar it's perfect. Naushad the staff was very accommodating, helpful and was super nice!. There was a construction and too loud, I couldn't sleep..

An Extremely Negative Experience - Terrible Hotel. Pros 1. The place was very clean 2. The non-English speaking staff was exceptionally friendly and tried to help where he could. 3. Although each room only received one glass water bottle, they did refill our water on request.. Negatives 1. VERY overpriced – Compared to other much nicer properties. 2. Unfair fees – I was hit with an additional $175 in fees above my ‘you pay at the property’ price. My friend had all these fees included and had a nicer room. No idea why the difference, but they insisted I pay the extra fees. 3. Constant construction noise right next door – even as late as 10 PM at night 4. Very poor wifi – inconsistent and very slow when it works. It would rarely stay active for more than a few minutes before it cut out. 5. Really poor service (ironic as they charged me a 10% service fee on top of the room rate). Only one person spoke English and for the first several days, he was never there. Whenever we asked the friendly staff that did not speak English they would explain ‘sleeping’, ‘call’ (but often not answered), or one time ‘in Male’. This meant none of our questions could be answered and we pretty much had to figure everything out on our own. 6. The safe did not work. Eventually we had to get a key to get in to get our stuff out. 7. Our view was right into a building with active construction workers. I could never open the curtains without being in full view of a worker. This meant any time in the room it was dark. 8. The breakfast was abysmal. Really hostel level. Cold cereal, milk, boiled eggs, toast, fruit. Nothing like the amazing breakfasts I had everywhere else in the Maldives. 9. Location – this hotel is opposite all fo the nice beaches and restaurants. TBH I didn’t mind the exercise, but it could be a very hot 10 – 15 minutes during the day. My overall recommendation – stay almost anywhere else in Maafushi. It will either be cheaper or better. Don’t think you could do worse..

Exceptional. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean and comfortable, with daily room cleaning that kept everything spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite having to check out early at 7:00 AM, they went out of their way to provide us with a takeaway breakfast and assisted with arranging our transfer from Guhli Island. Everything was well-organized, and their attention to detail made our experience truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit!. .
