Great stay but small improvements would make a big difference.. The beach by the pool needed more sand imported in, at times it was like walking on concrete.. One of the bar staff seemed very judgemental when ordering drinks before lunch time (cocktails etc... at one point he even looked at his watch and pulled a face).
I also wish the wine wasn't serviced out of a box and I wish sparkling wine was included..

Lovely stay!. We loved everything. Friendly staff, food at the buffet always fresh and tasty. Nice boat trips (snorkeling, sunset).. For future, maybe more sustainable options to be considered, for example for the boat trips. More information on how food waste is avoided..

The housekeeping team and housekeeping manager were very good—polite and helpful.
However, the restaurant manager and waiters need more training, as they are not very professional. While the waiters are hardworking , they lack proper service training, likely because their manager is also not well-trained.. .
