Book for 3 night but left earlier due to bad rundown bedroom. Staff. Run down furniture , walls peeled Had to use stairs, no lift Washroom water pressure is slow Fan is noisy Bed uncomfortable Breakfast basic.

Not a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious. From balcony you can see the sea.. The facilities in the bathroom were poor. The shower were broken. The handle of shower were broken. The breakfast facilities were not organized. The people who are serving breakfast they are not professional. You have to wait a lot if some items finish. They can improve their services as so many other hotels are there nearby who provides good services..

This place needs to be condemned and torn down.. Absolutely nothing.. This was one of the most horrible places I've stayed in. Absolute S*** Hole. I can't believe booking.com actually lists this place. The room looked like a murder scene, the floors were filthy, there were flies and mosquitoes all in the room, there were cracks and peeling paint on the walls, the wardrobe looks like it was salvaged from the side of the road, the balcony was filthy and the balcony door didn't even close properly, the restroom was super small and there was a leak from the celling of the shower, toilet seat was broken, there was a crack between the front door and the door frame so anybody can just look in and see me walking around naked, AND to top it off the bed was like sleeping on springs (woke up with back pain every night). Pointed all this out to the staff (even showed them) and they just brushed me off. I actually intended to book the Crystal Sands Hotel (not villa) but accidentally booked this one. Tried to communicate this error to the staff right after I pressed the book button, but nobody ever responded. Long story short, I'll never stay here again and I'll recommend all my dive friends that go to Maafushi on a regular basis to NOT stay here as well . Can't believe these people have no sense of standards for their property (the pics look NOTHING like the room in person). Might request a refund for this fact..

Enjoyed our stay with you. First of all the welcoming was wonderful by the staffs. They are very professional and always smiling. I absolutely loved the exterior and interior. Food was excellent. And the room was amazing. Bed and pillows were so comfortable Bathroom was also not bad.. There was no mirror/dressing table in the room which was very difficult for us to get groomed. Always had to step in the bathroom to get groomed. And the TV wasn't in use. When we asked a staff boy he said the TV doesn't fuction and it was quiet boring. The shower is a bit difficult and Always struggle to turn it on. The breakfast buffet was superb but the water in the kettle wasn't hot at all..

The most bad experince ever. Room balacony was decent. it was the most bad experince i get from my trip to maldivis, room was too dirty, shower room not working, my phone charger broked cuz of thier unstable electricity, bed was dirty and internet too weak , you need to go near to door to get a little internet, in addition too staff was very bad attitude and speak by arrogont way. and the photos totally different from real, i never go back to this place in the future.
