Unbelievable stay, thank you!. Beautiful property not far from the water/jetty. Food was delicious! Staff was overly helpful, assisted us in navigating outings and even packed us breakfast the morning of departure at 0430.. Location isn't great for beaches..

Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience. Location. I had high hopes for this hotel in Male, but unfortunately, it fell short in many areas. The stay was far too expensive for what was offered. No breakfast included, so be aware that. The swimming pool was small and always overcrowded, making it impossible to enjoy.
The staff didn’t offer much help, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was no conditioner provided in the bathroom, and the TV wasn’t smart, limiting our options for entertainment like watching movies.
The only redeeming factor was the location, which was convenient. However, given the high cost and the subpar experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are better options available in Male for the price..

The Best Male City Experience!. We loved Hotel JEN Maldives Male by Shangri La! Location was great, everything is within walking distance! They made Check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful view of the Sea. The staff provided lots of useful information about Male. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport which saved us time and money. Housekeeping checked the room daily and did a great job. The room was spotless every day. Our room boy Nabeesh made sure that we were properly looked after and made sure we had everything we needed, he also made us an animal from towels and left these on our bed, we were very touched by this. Breakfast buffet had fresh fruits, smoothies, pastries and many variations, something for everyone (even lactose free). On request you can also have various dishes made such as Poori, Chilla and Omelets. The kitchen staff (Chef Vicky and his great team) were fantastic! The dinner in the restaurant was extremely delicious. Good taste and you really finished your plate. Thanks to Team Sam (host of restaurant, Manisha and Indika (breakfast and dinner host) and not to forget especially of Chef Hardik, great chef! We enjoyed every day a delicious meal, such as Lamb Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, Beef Filley Mignon, Salmon and Gambas’. Of course, all mocktails were on good taste and we enjoyed it immensely. The swimming pool on the rooftop is nice and clean and from morning to late afternoon you can sunbathe and swim with a view of the sea. Fitness room is nice and clean. The most impeccable part of our stay was the entire staff’s hospitality, which was A1 and made our stay a very memorable happening. We highly recommend this hotel with their most respected teams of operations.. .

Best Service Ever. I came with my family to celebrate my dad’s birthday. I booked the Azur restaurant. From the beginning the staff was very friendly. The food was chef kiss good and the service was top notch. Special thanks to Indika, Jeewantha, Riyaz and Dilshan for making it a memorable birthday for my dad. Will definitely be here again. Excellent for couples and business. Hotel located close to the airport. Available facilities: gym, open pool, restaurant, bar. Museum, sea port close to the hotel in walking distance. Very friendly personnel, they treat all the guests as a royal. Relaxing atmosphere, generally the hotel is nice to stay.. .
