Average hotel at Maafushi. It’s situated at the calm & quiet part of Maafushi. Very basic hotel which offers a little facilities to the visitors. We booked city view room for one night with buffet dinner & breakfast. The room & balcony were large but bathroom was little bit uncomfortable. There is no lift in this hotel & doesn’t provide basic toiletries like toothbrush, paste, comb, sanitary bag, shower gel & lotion. It’s an over priced hotel compared to the facilities they offer. Staffs are cordial but not well trained to handle the visitors from around the world. Buffet breakfast & buffet dinner were served with very basic items. Only delicious item was the grilled fish. View from the balcony is good, but not great. Tour packages are not arranged regularly as they don’t have minimum number of visitors. The construction activities all around the hotel don’t make any visitor to enjoy the stay.. .

Good option for an overnight. Big apartment with wrong proportions: unnecessary big and empty kitchen and uncomfortable small bathroom and very narrow terrace. Good location, near to the bikini beach, but a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was decent. Good value for money.. .

. we chose the island instead of a village to experience more of the local life. the Sunrise hotel we can compare it to the typical Rimini hotel but with 100 times better reception and climate. Always ready to help. some faults in the details but .... what does it matter ??????!!!! we had a great time thanks guys !!!!. .

Megéri. Szeretem ezt.a.hotelt, mar másodszor jártunk itt. A tulajdonos nagyon segítokesz, a staff kedves. De a reggeli, és a svédasztalos vacsora egyaltalan nem izlett. Ha hotels.com, vagy agoda rendszeren foglalasz, figylej ida, mert a rendszer odaadja a 3 agyas szobat 4 szemelyre. A szallodaban ingyen kaptunk extra agyat,de fizetni kellett volna erte. Ez nem a szalloda hibaja. . .

Not a great hotel. The location of the hotel is a way off and a 15 minute walk from the jetty port. One has to confirm and re-confirm your arrival at the jetty port so the hotel can arrange a pick up; in our case we have to walk due to miscommunication in the pick up time. The hotel room is basic and not sound proof. TV was not working; aircon remote control was not working properly; and excursion activities are almost non-existent. The buffet breakfast and dinner are basically South Asia cuisine. Service is average.. .

좋았으나 단점도 있는. 좋았던 점은 호텔 바로 앞에 진짜 맑은 바다가 있어서 스노클링 하면 물고기 많이 볼 수 있어요. 리셉션에서 타월 빌려주니까 편리했어요. 단점은 도착하기전에 언제 도착하냐고 묻지 않아서 ㅜㅜ 왓셉을 해도 답이 없고 숙소에 전화 몇번 시도했네요. 아이콤 페리타고 마푸시 들어가기전에 간신히 연락이 되어서 픽업을 받을 수 있었어요. ㅜㅜ 속이 다 타들어갔었네요~ 방에 발코니가 있어 좋은데 개미가 넘 많아요. 참 호텔 식당은 그저그래요. 나시고랭시켰는데 뭔맛이 이런지 ㅜㅜ. .

. A good 2/3 star economical property for budget travellers. Rijash the bellboy and Tanya the tour rep are very helpful but the rest at the front desk are unenthusiastic. They are there and usually cordial but that’s it. They don’t go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. Rooms are decent and clean with TV, AC and fridge. Bed is comfortable but hard, pillows are soft. Toilet is clean with hot water and good water pressure. However, towels are thin and old. Location wise is good. Near the local and bikini beach with plenty of shops around. There’s no elevators to other floors but could still be disable friendly with rooms on the ground floor. . .

. The place is great for the price , good breakfast buffet. It’s nearby stores and restaurants. But you should be able to ascend and descend staircase, also internet is spotty and have to always reconnect every time you get out of the room . .
