We love this place!. Holiday Haven Ukulhas “No hidden charges”: A true taste of the Maldivian Island experience. We were made to feel so welcome and Afzal, Aslam & Manu could not be faulted. Their interaction was as much or as little as we wanted, not only do they run a fantastic guest house, they were happy to chat and speak on Maldivian cultures. Breakfast was either Maldivian (Good choice) or Scrambled eggs, sausage with toast and Jam and drinks. A few steps to biking beach and breathtaking views, they provided equipment to undertake snorkelling, beach towels, water, tea and coffee and bathroom products.
They offer excursions and will take you to great places for your choice of different experiences. You won’t regret staying here, we stayed 3 nights but could easily of stayed more, we could give them 10 stars 🌟 . .

Pleasant. Friendly personale og clean good beds.. The room og special the bathroom room needs a complete make over. Sign of water leaking from the roof. As my daughter said back home this here would be the worst building in the town..

Unfortunately, a get what you pay for kinda place as opposed to great value for money.. Breakfast options were good and the staff were friendly and helpful.. Nearly throwing up every morning when turning on the shower, water smelt like it was being pulled out of the drains. Fridge also smelled terrible, nor did it work. TV didn't work either, and the ceiling fan was noisier than a diesel generator..

Pleasant. The staff cooking dinner and welcoming guests was very friendly and helpful.the rooms nice and big with good light and warm shower. UKHULAS IS A DUMP, A PERMANENT BUILDING SITE IN EVERY BLOCK. ALL BLOGS ABOUT UKULHAS ARE OUT OF DATE OR ARE KNOWINGLY DECEITFUL. BUILDING NOISE EVERYWHERE EVEN ON THE BEACH BUILDING RUBBLE EVERYWHERE ALMOST ALL PRIVATE GARDENS CEMENTED OVER. A NEW TAKE ON JONI MITCHELL S "THEY PAVED OVER PARADISE" in addition to the building noise permanent thumping music at highest volume from Coconut Hut on beach. Staff unwilling to turn it down just a little and very aggressive about it.
THE ACCOMMODATION: NO COMMUNICATION BTW OWNER AND STAFF SO NOBODY TO MEET ME AT THE FERRY. SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS NOT CONVEYED BY OWNER TO COOK. ALTHOUGH FLOORS ARE VERY CLEAN THE FURNITURE AND DOOR MOULDINGS ARE NEVER DUSTED, SO RELUCTANT TO HANG UP ANYTHING OR PUT AWAY ON SHELVES.

Comfortable and cost-effective lodge on Ukulhas. This is an intimate lodge on the island of Ukulhas, with only four rooms, in contrast to many of the bigger box hotels. The room is somewhat spacious, with high ceiling, lots of natural light, and very clean. The electrical and wifi are good, and the AC not bad. A nice breakfast is included with the stay. Mattresses are very comfortable - a rare instance where you actually have a mattress top. Staff is very helpful with any needs you may have.. .
