Not worth the price, not clean enough and be careful when paying. It's really a few steps away from the beach, and the common areas are beutiful and well designed. They organised some really fun activities for us, but it only works if the owner is there. At half of our journey he left but promised we can reach him via whatsapp. Well, I tried to contact him several times and he left me on read, and we missed two planned activities because of this.. My room's door simply won't close. If you wanted to close from the outside, the card won't work 4 times out of 5, if you closed it from the inside, they still could open it from the outside. But it doesn't matter because the cleaning crew left it open anyway. The room has enough space, but not enough storage, there wasn't even a shelf to put my clothes on, the safe didn't work at all, the bed broke after a few days so the mattress was basically on the floor. I've seen roaches a few times, so it was especially fun sleppeing between them. The bathroom is basically open, one wall is missing, so in astorm all the room was flooded. I booked it month in advance to secure a palce, and just a few days before our arrival, when I can non longer get a refund, they reduced the price to half what I paid. Still, they doubel charged me the green tax and wanted to overcharge for the activities..

It was really nice!. The room was beautiful and very clean. The hotel is very nice overall, and we had a great time. We must say that the staff was the nicest we ever encountered, especially the room service and the kitchen staff of the joined restaurant. The hotel organised excursions for us, and it was amazing. We saw whale sharks, mantas, nurse sharks and beautiful coral reefs. Thank you for an amazing experience West Sands!. .

Very good. Nice, clean and bright room. Water for free. Daily change of beach towels. The beautiful bikini beach is literally ten meters away. Also ten meters from „beach blend“ for a good coffee. Good and reasonable restaurants in five minutes walking distance. They have there own dive club which provides exceptional dive service&staff!. Common area quite dark which attracts a lot of mosquitos..

Stayed here for 3 nights with my group tour - highly recommended. I took a group tour of 20 ladies and have no complaints. .

You can depend on Ibrahim and his team to deliver a great stay on ukulhas with fantastic snorkelling. 10 yards from the beach which has a very accessible house reef which is safe - even for kids under supervision. Saw sharks turtles and a myriad of fish - absolutely amazing. Ibrahim organised boats too and from the island and transport between hotel and port plus snorkelling trips - manta ray trip not to be missed. Nothing was too much trouble.. There is some construction ongoing nearby but that’s the same all over ukulhas at the moment - didn’t detract from our holiday.
