A lovely family run place, clean, with friendly staff and easy access to the beach. A really homely environment. Shoes off at entry to the building which helps keep the place clean.
The room itself was a good size, comfortable beds, and clean. Had AC and ceiling fan in the room.
Simple amenities in the room.
Really lovely, friendly staff. The manager (Shahida?) was very helpful in organising things and answering questions. The housekeeper (known as the room boy) was super nice and very efficient.
We undertook an excursion with the hotel and that went well. We also had a snorkelling guide which was great for safety.
Cash is handy to have on Fulidhoo. Although the hotel did appear to have a card machine now.
Lunch was nice at the hotel, and very reasonably priced. However, it can be quite difficult to order and takes some time. We had dinner once at the hotel for $12, which again well priced. The food was nice and we had live music this night. An excellent band, very enjoyable.

The beach outside the hotel is a no bikini beach which was fine for us. There are a few boats here though. Just a short walk along the beach is a bikini beach, which had
clearer views and nicer to relax on.. - The bathrooms are on the smaller end, and are wet rooms. Therefore can cause a lot of mess.
- I’m not sure the blinds were allowing full privacy
- we arranged a speedboat on arrival, when we got to the airport to board the boat there was a lot of confusion. We were first placed on a boat and then had to get off and find a different one. A smoother process is needed.
The return journey was more efficient.
- can be hard to dry swimwear if you are not on the balcony room

PERFECT! 🤍. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT KINAN RETREAT! It was worth every penny to spend my money with Kinan, the services they provide was AMAZING 😭 THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AS WELL! 🔥 its my first time in Maldives, and definitely will bring my family next time, a repeat trip with Kinan 🥰. Everything was perfect! 🤌🏻.

Paradise ❤️. This accommodation and especially the staff took us by the heart. ❤️ We had a room on the top floor with a huge terrace where there were sun loungers and a table and chairs. The room was cleaned regularly and scented with watermelon essence so we felt great. We also had full board paid and I think that's a win, one doesn't have to worry about anything. The choice is great and they can cater for gluten and dairy free diets too. You get a choice of Coca-Cola or Sprite for lunch and dinner in addition to a pitcher of water, which I find a luxury. We would love to return as the island has a great atmosphere and we simply felt very comfortable there. And if we do return, it will be to Kinan Hotels. 🥰🙏🏻. .

Had a fab stay. We decided to extend our stay by another night (wish it could have been more). Liked the convenience of just being able to go downstairs to the restaurant.. Nothing to dislike as long as you are realistic about the standard they are able to offer on a local island where literally everything has to come by boat.
