A week in paradise :). - The staff were so lovely and helpful - The food was delicious!!! Every day was really yummy. Not what we expected food wise but it was so good and the kitchen staff and chefs were super approachable and helpful - Really nice spa. Honestly our stay was fabulous (the weather let us down slightly but obviously that cant be avoided), however some small improvements would have been great: - comfier sun loungers. Theyre hard plastic with no cover and it was fairly uncomfortable to lay on. I would say thats the main issue! - a new playlist in the bar area… lovely place to chill but the music is really repetitive - a better wine selection, the wine was expensive and not very good However the stay was great overall!!!.

Would not stay again... better islands to visit. . We were fortunate that the weather was nice when we were there as that was the only thing we enjoyed about this place. Broken glass near the beach (although told its cleaned daily) Very rude reception staff (Nefsal) being the one who made our experience absolutely awful. I was 7 months pregnant when I visited and still suffering from sickness, the first room they put us in was far from 5 stars... there were cockroaches in the shower and it was disgusting. We had to move the second day to another room that was more like a studio apartment. Air con didn't work and shower had water just dripping out of it.. we refused to stay in this room as it wasn't fit for purpose. Nefsal tried to avoid us for the rest of our stay, they gave us a villa in the end but even that was met with rude comments from him and one morning he shouted at my partner in reception in front of everyone. Not much food variety at all unfortunately, only 2 main restaurants and youll be spending a fortune on mosquito spray as they have mosquitoes everywhere there! Shane Barry who was the F&B manager was very polite and made our experience a little more comfortable but he belongs in a better hotel than this. We would not reccomend anyone to stay here until they make some serious changes to the place. The staff need some training in how to speak to guests as their manners are terrible. I couldnt wait to leave and get back home. Very disappointed for the prices that they charge. GM met us on the last day to go through all of our problems, this helped slightly but the damage was already done..

Superb. Location Small island Everywhere close Very cozily. Food should be with more options. Need some repairs at front, concrete claps..

Perfect private escape. The pool villa was just perfect. Private pool and spa is needed as there is no resort pool. Only reason to leave the room was breakfast as room service was prompt and tasty.. Pool could have been cleaner, seemed like the pool filter was broken or not switched on. Pool deck area dangerously slippery, management could invest in some non-slip outdoor decking sealant rather than asking guests to sign an indemnity agreement at check in..
