Review. Hotel Arena exceeded all our expectations. We had a beautiful room with an ocean view, and it was cleaned several times a day – which honestly surprised us in the best way! When there was an issue with the photos from one of the excursions, our friend was offered the trip again free of charge. That’s truly amazing hotel policy and exactly why we’ll definitely be coming back. Big applause to you! The food was delicious – absolutely nothing to complain about. We also have to mention an exceptional waiter, Hashim. We wish every hotel had someone like him! Not only was the service fantastic, but he’s also an incredibly kind, helpful and genuinely wonderful person. Thank you for the great, relaxed conversations about the Maldives and Bangladesh. We travel a lot, but we’ve honestly never met anyone like him – so passionate and dedicated to his job. We need more people like this in the world! People like him should be hotel managers! Thanks for everything!. .

Amazing Experience at This Wonderful Hotel!. Out stay at this hotel was simply exceptional from start to finish! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and beautifully maintained, and the overall experience exceeded all our expectations. Every little detail is taken care of — from the delicious breakfast to the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. A special mention must go to Ashik, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Ashik’s friendly attitude and genuine care made a huge difference. He turned a great stay into something truly memorable! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks to the wonderful staff and especially to Ashik for making us feel so welcome — We can’t wait to come back!. .

Good pick for stay. Probably the best location on the island. Next to bikini beach. Good WiFi, friendly staff, quite clean, has pools. Breakfast and dinner was not as good as it could be though. Not sure what food other places offer.. .

Terrible staff. Terrible staff that won't admit their own mistakes and argue for an hour over a small problem that could be fixed in 5 minutes. Indian staff can't understand requests made in English then cause problems with their attitude and terrible manners.. .

The best experience ever. Very comfy rooms, we had a room with a seaside view and it was marvelous. Bathroom was big, enough for two people. Everything was clean, and the staff was very very kind. Everyone was smiling and eager to help with anything we needed. People here really love their jobs. If we ever come here again, we are coming to this hotel again for sure. Beach is right in front of the hotel, and it is beautiful.. .

Not the idea of the Maldives. Upon arrival and reception, we were given a lovely upgrade from the standard room to a family room with a balcony and sea view so definitely no complaints Upon closer inspection, the toilet seat was broken and the TV did not work The buffet left a lot to be desired as it was not kept in a desirable condition which I know is other guests fault but no staff are coming around to clear up Also, when guests left a table before another guest could sit down staff would come along and use the dirty napkin left from the previous guest to wipe the table down and flick the bits on the floor Not once did we see cleaning spray used in the buffet We were charged three visits to the buffet for the evening meal when we only went in to look at what was being served and came straight back out once and there was only two of us which took a little bit of sorting out but eventually got wiped off In the foyer of our hotel, there was a toilet that was for guests use only but you saw plenty of stuff using it and the smell was awful They had a band outside two nights running until 11 o’clock at night, which was way too loud and way too Basey on the drum and neither singers could sing a note……… that was painful to listen to and it was way too close to the building. It actually made the windows shake.. .
