Great dive trip!. I had an awesome time staying and diving with Boutique Beach. They do a great job of taking care of all of their guests and make sure that you have an amazing experience. Like all the other reviews have said, the food was incredible and the staff was very friendly. Probably the best dive operation that I've been to!. .

Excellent 10-night stay. My wife and I, together with our daughter, spent ten nights at Boutique Beach Hotel, located on Dhigurah Island, a local inhabited island in the South Ari Atoll, Maldives. We choose to fly from Male International Airport to Maamigili International Airport by Villa Air, a domestic Maldivian airline, which took approximately 30 minutes. We were then transported by speedboat to Dhigurah which took approximately 15 minutes, where we were then met by Boutique Beach staff and transported to the hotel. My wife’s and I deluxe room with large double bed, modern open-air bathroom with rain shower, air conditioning, overhead fan, work desk with USB charging ports, minibar, and coffee maker, was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Our room also had a balcony with chairs and table. Our daughters standard room located next to the main hotel, with double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, overhead fan, minibar, and coffee maker, was also spacious, comfortable, and clean. The room also had a lounge area and terrace. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all included as part of our all-inclusive package, and all meals were superb, particularly the desserts which were absolutely delicious. All our dietary requirements were well catered for. Most meals were served on the ground floor dining area where you could sit and relax with your feet on the beach sand covered floor. On some evenings when the weather conditions were suitable, dinner was served on the lovely, decorated rooftop dining area under the stars, which was very pleasant, and enjoyable. Unlimited complimentary coffee, tea, various soft drinks, and biscuits were also available throughout the day. Each night, everyone eagerly gathered together for the dive briefing, and to watch the daily dive video consisting of edited footage submitted by divers, which was then also uploaded to YouTube. On some nights there were also interesting presentations on mantas, whale sharks, and reef sharks. Our divemaster’s, Seb, Lucinda and Cam, were friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced divers, who ensured that the dive team was well looked after, safe at all times, and that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. All the dives were excellent, and we were spoilt with an abundance of marine life, including, white-tip, silver-tip, and grey reef sharks, as well as barracuda, tuna, snappers, fusiliers, turtles, rays, eels, octopus, scorpion fish, stone fish, leaf fish, trigger fish, clown fish, lobsters, nudis, and lots of other amazing marine life. Our diving highlight however, had to be all our dives and snorkels with mantas and whale sharks, which were absolutely incredible. During our stay we also enjoyed wandering around and exploring the island, including the beautiful 3 km long white sand beach, and the sand bar, and all the various shops. The local school also organized a fundraiser, selling homemade cakes and other local delicacies, which were very tasty. All the staff, and particularly Mette, Saeed, Kawsar, James, Chef Shanthi, and Chef Amith, were extremely efficient, and friendly, ensuring that we were well looked after at all times, making sure that everything was handled perfectly to ensure a truly memorable stay. Overall, we had an excellent stay at Boutique Beach, and definitely hope to visit again.. .

Beautiful hotel for divers hosted by divers. Boutique Beach is almost 11 tears old and is actively and professionally managed on the local island of Dhigurah. Romney, one of the two owners is passionate about the Maldives, Dhigurah and diving (and not necessarily in that order)! The accommodation is good with very effective air conditioning, I had everything I needed in my room and nothing I did not! The focus is very much on the diving with daily trips to two or three dive sites. These can and do leave early (0700) to get the best experience when the fish are most active. On board the BB team (recognisable in their personalised blue T-shirts or whale shark rashguards) assist the guests with their equipment and all aspects of safety. Every care is taken to ensure guests have the best time. Food and snacks are provided onboard to keep up the energy levels. Food allergies and preferences are very carefully catered for and respected. Food choices at mealtimes are limited but the chef is expert in making every meal tasty, energy-giving and nutritious but there is no fine dining. Do not forget that this hotel is for a very active, go-go holiday. While there have been older & younger guests, most were in the 30-65 age range when I was there. It is not for a fly and flop. There are no alcoholic cocktails or beers by the pool, out of respect for the local culture and why do you need a pool if there is the sea? It is for divers who want to see the best underwater sites hosted and guided by an expert team who care.. .

Arrived as guests - left feeling like family <3. We are a diving couple in our late 30s with around 100 dives each. We chose Boutique Beach for the first part of our first Maldives diving trip because of the great reviews, local island experience and of course the all-inclusive diving concept created by divers. But what we found exceeded all our expectations: Boutique Beach was the most personal and heartfelt vacation we have ever experienced. The team takes care of everything with incredible attention and warmth: From handling all (!) your dive equipment – from tank changes to rinsing and storage – to recording videos from the dives while fulfilling your diving bucket list, always with great respect for the ocean and its stunning inhabitants. But also above the surface the team naturally creates unforgettable moments like beach barbecues, trips around the local island or picturesque swimming spots with “Robinson Crusoe” feeling. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our first Maldives vacation truly unforgettable, and especially to Mette, our wonderful dive guide. She is without doubt one of the best dive guides we have ever had, especially in terms of safety but always with the right sense of humour. She made every dive pure joy. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. Boutique Beach is not just a place to stay – it is a feeling we will never forget.. .

Meraviglioso!!. Dopo aver già visitato le Maldive lo scorso anno, questa volta abbiamo scelto il boutique beach perché volevamo fare una scelta più consapevole e rispettosa verso il mare! La struttura è plastic free, biologi marini accompagnano in ogni escursione e gli animali non vengono braccati, alimentati o disturbati! Quello che non sapevamo è che al boutique beach avremo incontrato una famiglia! Il personale è semplicemente fantastico! Accoglienza meravigliosa e attenzione ai dettagli! Come dimenticare i sorrisi e i succhi di frutta fresca di Saeed, il lavoro instancabile di Mette e il lavoro eccezionale dello chef! I ragazzi che ci hanno seguito nelle escursioni sono stati sempre meravigliosi! Ci siamo sentiti a casa e sempre coccolati! Che dire…andateci! Troverete non solo un posto fantastico ma anche persone meravigliose. .

Einfach perfekt!!!. Einfach traumhaft! Ich und mein Mann reisen wirklich viel aber sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Es sind alle unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Das Essen ist sehr sehr gut und man bekommt immer genug. Wir waren zu Weihnachten dort und es war wunderschön . Jeder Gast hat ein Geschenk bekommen und es hat ein besonderes Menü am Strand gegeben und man musste kein Aufpreis dafür zahlen. Das Tauchen ist super organisiert Am Vorabend bespricht man die Tauchziele für den nächsten Tag, es ist alles sehr professionell und sie arbeiten sehr genau. Unsere Tauchlehrer waren top und haben uns immer ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Wer ein Tauchurlaub machen will ist hier sicher bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke!!. .

Perfect in every single element! Fab fab team and the diving was exquisite and we saw everything we wanted and beyond !. The property was beautiful and extremely thought out and very comfortable. We have never experienced such a smooth diving experience and every member of staff was outstanding, and made every step of diving feel calm and relaxing, removing all stress. The food was just fab, so many flavours and the chef and staff were extremely attentive and cooked from the heart. If we would have known how magical the hotel, staff and diving experience was, we would have stayed longer. We will be returning and booking again for next year. Thank you boutique hotel- dreams do really come true with the right experience!. N/A.

Boutique Beach a wonderful experience. Boutique Beach is a wonderful small dive hotel. The staff is warm and friendly and eager to help make your stay good in any way they can. We have dived all over the world and stayed in small and large resorts. Boutique Beach is one of the best small dive-focused operations we have every stayed at. The dive team is extremely professional; there are 6 dive instructors, which is unusual for a small operation. We hired a private dive guide, Mette, and she was the best we have ever had. She was extremely focused on helping us to dive the way we wanted to. We stayed in a suite which was new with great design elements, good air con and hot water never ran out. The chef was excellent, and all meals were great.. .

Cuidan todos los detalles. Todo, cuidan cada detalle. Todo limpio, el equipo súper agradable, la comida estaba buenísima, muy bien gestionados los buceos, en definitiva nos gustó todo, una maravilla.. Nada que mencionar.

Personalised and professional. We had the most incredible experience at Boutique Beach. Initially during the booking stage the personalised communications with Afzal was very helpful and he was able to take a lot of the stress out making the arrangements. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and part of the group. Our room was lovely and comfortable and a great place to relax at the end of the day. The team took care of us on and off the boat. We had Jax as our diving guide and he made us feel relaxed and safe with his very professional standards and his chilled personality. David and Jacob were available to provide us with guidance and Jacob's enthusiasm and knowledge of marine life was contagious. Shohag was outstanding and equally enthusiastic about marine life, and the Captain Shahid kept us safe and made sure our transitions back on the boat were as easy as possible. Both of us have dietary requirements and this was well catered for. Siaad was always quick to take care of us at every meal with drinks and other specific food for us. Chef was outstanding, we enjoyed the food so much and always felt content after every meal. We would recommend the hotel on the food alone due to Chef. Our experience we thought was a once in a life time trip but we fell in love with the place and have planned another trip back next year.. .
